Who We Are
T3 Care Inc. operates a Staff Model Home in Brantford, Ontario — a safe, stable, structured place where children and youth under 18 are cared for by trained staff, 24 hours a day.
We don't do this alone — we work closely with placing agencies, families, schools, and clinicians, and every decision starts from the young person's own strengths, needs, and Plan of Care. The goal: every young person leaves with a stronger sense of belonging, real confidence, and a hopeful path forward.
