What We Look For
Qualifications & requirements.
Relevant certification or diploma (e.g., Child & Youth Worker, Social Service Worker, Developmental Service Worker, or a related field)
Clear vulnerable sector police background check
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Willingness to complete training in trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and behaviour support
Experience working with children, youth, or individuals with complex needs is an asset
Reliable, patient, and comfortable working as part of a small, consistent team
