T3 Care Service Support
T3 Care Inc. operates a Staff Model Home — safe, stable, structured, and genuinely home-like — where trained staff provide 24-hour support and supervision to children and youth under 18.
Every plan of care is built around the young person in front of us, not a one-size-fits-all program. Here's what that looks like in practice:
Comprehensive, Individualized Care
Care is individualized, trauma-informed, and strength-based. It includes positive behaviour and emotional-regulation support, daily living and independent life-skills development, educational assistance, health and wellness support, medication support where applicable, transportation and meaningful community participation, family and kin connection, recreation, and transition planning.
Collaborative Approach
We work closely with placing agencies, families, caregivers, schools, clinicians, health professionals, and community partners. At the centre of every decision is the young person themselves — their strengths, needs, identity, culture, dignity, rights, developmental abilities, personal goals, and their own Plan of Care.
A Home Where Youth Thrive
We build that care on consistent relationships, predictable routines, and culturally responsive practice, with real opportunities for participation and growth. Our goal isn't simply to provide a place to live — it's to create a genuine sense of home and belonging, where a young person can feel safe and valued, overcome challenges, build confidence and resilience, strengthen relationships that matter, gain practical skills, grow more independent, and recognize their own potential.

Our hiring and training standards reflect the responsibility of the work: relevant certification or diploma, vulnerable sector police background checks, current CPR and First Aid certification, and ongoing training in trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and behaviour support.
